Alamitu's tumor has been removed! Alamitu was orphaned at a young age, and the difficulties surrounding her subsistence rural life were intensely magnified by a major tumor growing on the right side of her back. Thanks to the help of many of you, the tumor has been removed. The surgery was successfully performed and Alamitu is doing well.
